Lost !

Lost I am somewhere in the swarm of men,

In the ever intensifying bloodthirsty world,

We live under the shadows of terror & beg for peace,

There seems to be no respite from our troubles,

We fight for an existence, to become from no one to someone…

Lost we are somewhere in the rat race,

In the quest to outperform each other,

We resort to improbable means,

Breaking free from all the ethical & moral grounds,

Accrediting others efforts as ours…

Lost we are in our hopes & aspirations,

I, me, myself is all what we believe in,

We befriend others for our self interest,

Craving for power, fame & affluence,

We have sold our souls to these devils…

Lost we are in the maze of life,

Where everybody is looking for that one moment of glory,

Where everything is fair, everything is justified,

Where no one can be trusted,

Where only the fittest will survive…

Lost & trapped I am in this imbroglio of hatred, greed & injustice,

O’ thy Lord, be the guiding light,

Show me the direction; let me be illuminated with your divine spirit,

So that I don’t stay Lost in this mesh forever …
